Your standard is your identity, those who compromise standard will loose their identity.

You must refuse to bend if you don’t want to blend; once you blend you loose your identity.

It is those who stand out that will end as outstanding.

Never live your life or run your organization on the platform of union where “just anything goes”.

Nothing goes on well in a system where anything goes.

If anything, relate on the platform of unity which build on principles & standards.

You must guard yourself from every deviation by maintaining standard.

If you keep standard, people around will naturally grow to catch up with it.

KNOWLEDGE AND OPPORTUNITY

Depth of knowledge naturally widens scope of opportunity.

Dull minds usually miss their opportunities.

Knowledge prepares you for opportunities more than anything else. Knowledge is the baseline for qualitative life. Knowledge base defines Height of accomplishment.

Whosoever robs you of knowledge has literally robbed you of opportunities.

When opportunity falls on knowledge, you become unlimited and unrestrictable in your accomplishments in Life.

Knowledge sets free, knowledge gives allowance. You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. Knowledge is free to all, but the measure you acquire becomes a personal gift to you which subsequently makes a room for you.

The birth place of peace is order.

Chaos exists only when order is out on break.

Until order exits chaos does not exist.

Chaos will only fill a vacuum that order creates. Order comes via the channel of instruction.

Whenever you embrace instruction, you have naturally attracted order and peace subsequently.

I will hear what the Lord will speak to me for He will speak peace to His people only let them not turn back to folly (of disorderliness). Psalm 85:8

Great peace have they which love thy law and nothing shall offend them. Psalm 119:165

God speaks to instruct us to create order and to establish peace to us in the ultimate.

For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

Proverbs 24:16

In the journey of life challenges will certainly come.
They don’t require your opinion or invitation.
They will come without prior notice. Therefore, live ready for them.
They come as waves on their own not necessarily to hurt, damage or destroy.
While some are swept off and fizzle out with challenges, some others glide over them as if nothing ever happened or ever came their way.
It’s all a matter of attitude, the mind set, mentality and expectations.
You can glide over the waves while some others are swept away by it.
Even if you are ever swept off your feet by the floods of life, you can come over the waters again by the scriptural provision that you will rise again, even after seven times of fall if you ever fell up to seven times!

Every event is invented.
Behind every happening is someone working it out.
Just anyone can work out a Sign (miracle).
All he needs is a rod; Takers of the rod are commanders of Signs and Wonders. Ex.4:17
The rod is the word-(Isaiah11:1; Mic.6:9; mic.7:14).
The rod is meant for stir (display).
Wherever the word is declared, it causes a stir. Luke 23:5; Acts 19:9-12.
The rod puts you in command Ps.110:1-2.
The pool is the Holy Spirit.
The rod is the Word.
At the beginning, the spirit moved and the word was injected into it.
Miracles lie in the belly of the Holy Spirit. It is the declaration of the word that stirs it up.
The word and the Holy Spirit works in a league.
You gather the word through ‘Study” – 11Tim.2:15.
And stir the Holy Spirit through ‘Prayer’ – Jude20.

A good day begins with a good night, just as a poor day begins with a poor night.
Invest in your night and you will earn the dividend of a good day.
Sow into the night and you will reap it in the day.
Capture your night to release your day.
Sleepy eyes will birth slippery hands.
Things easily slip off the hands of those who have sleepy eyes.
Stay awake at night to gain command of the day time.

How Malawi’s Mike Mlombwa went from begging to abillionaire

Mike Mlombwa is a Malawian businessman and a billionaire in
the country’s local currency. He owns Countrywide Car Hire, a
vehicle rental and chauffeuring service operating in major cities,
airports and hotels across Malawi. He has also recently ventured
into the hospitality business with the construction of hotels.
Today he is considered one of the country’s business success
stories and has given talks globally.
But Mlombwa’s story began in poverty – a fact he hopes will be
a source of inspiration for others. He grew up in the southern
border district of Mwanza and lived with various families who
were able to pay for his primary education in exchange for odd
jobs.

I just want to say thank you Lord for the journey thus far. You ve been wonderful and have been faithful all the way. I adore and worship you the Almighty, the all-knowing and the only wise God. Thanks for what you have done, what you are doing and for what you will do. You own me and own all that i own. Accept my thanks giving in Jesus Christ name, Amen!

Acts 6:1-7

First of all realize that problems are real; don’t be surprised by it.
To be confronted by a problem is not strange. It is normal.
Have a right attitude, never react, rather respond to problems.
Approach problems, don’t avoid or dodge them.
Identify the cause of the problem
In the early Church, a problem arose because, their widows were neglected.        
Never assume that the problem will take care of itself.
Then the twelve called the multitude
Take practical stePsalm
Brethren, look ye out among you
Solution is available right at the problem spots. Where the murmuring rose from is the same place where solution will rise from.
Get people to look into the problem on ground.
Give problem a business approach to be able to solve them.
Every problem is a spring board to increase. When they face you, phase them out to access your new phase of life.
And the word of God increased; and the number of disciples multiplied. Acts
