KEEP STANDARD
Your standard is your identity, those who compromise standard will loose their identity.
You must refuse to bend if you don’t want to blend; once you blend you loose your identity.
It is those who stand out that will end as outstanding.
Never live your life or run your organization on the platform of union where “just anything goes”.
Nothing goes on well in a system where anything goes.
If anything, relate on the platform of unity which build on principles & standards.
You must guard yourself from every deviation by maintaining standard.
If you keep standard, people around will naturally grow to catch up with it.
