Another definition of leadership is to be in charge.

A leader takes full charge by charging people.

But you cannot charge them unless you are constantly charging yourself.

So get charged with knowledge.

Knowledge is the major tool of leadership development.

When you lack knowledge you’ll lack followership.

In essence knowledge gets you charged to take charge.

Learning prepares us to take the lead.

We naturally live out what we know.

The quality of leadership you exhibit is a function of what you know.

If you know it you will naturally show it.

Nothing good in this world happens by accident.

They occur as they are planned and programmed.

Planning determines spanning

Planning defines limits

It takes a plan for tomorrow to eliminate the fears of tomorrow.

Those who fear tomorrow have simply not planned for tomorrow.

Work out a plan today to secure a relaxed tomorrow.

Plan today and put tomorrow under arrest.

It takes a serious youth to become a glorious adult.

This is why we must keep planning our way into the future.

FAITH THE SUPERNATURAL KEY THAT UNLOCKS ALL DOORS

“By faith they passed through the Red Sea as by dry land, which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned” Heb 11:29

 Every door bows to faith.

Wherever faith turns doors are bound to open.

Faith opened the door through the Red Sea.

Faith does what no natural man can try.

The Red Sea opened to faith put to work by God’s people.

Any journey embarked upon by faith always end as a walk over.

The walk of faith is walk of triumph.

At the instance and advancement of faith the walls of Jericho fell.

“By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days” Heb 11:30

When faith stands up everything bows.

When faith goes up every other thing goes down. Nothing remains standing when faith stands.

THE SPIRIT RULED MAN

Everyman is spirit ruled,

Man’s behavior is simply an exhibition of the spirit directing such as man.

There is the spirit of blindness and the spirit of illumination. 2 Cor 4:4

There is the spirit of lying and the spirit of truth.

There is the spirit of backsliding and the spirit of steadfastness.

Behind every character is a spirit.

Therefore, be careful, what kind of spirit that fills and rules your life.

Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh, For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live – Rom.8;12,13

Hi Folks, so sorry for not posting articles here for some days now. Its because, I had a fatal car accident on May 6th, 2016 and i have been hospitalized and on medication since then. But to the glory of God am out of the hospital and now working from home while am recovering from the injuries i sustained. 

However, i give thanks to God for sparing my life, as am yet to unleash the great gifts He endowed on me to deliver His assignment here on the planet earth. Since all these days i ve been in a place lying on bed, all i could do and have been doing is reading,

DEFINING REAL SUCCESS

Real success is not in fame but in a name. Fame without name will end in shame.

Name is an offshoot of integrity.

It is your name that keeps speaking after your physical exit from the earth. Your no 1 asset after your death is name. it is the first inheritance left for your children.

It forms the basis for the goodwill that your children will enjoy.

Without a name your life ends at your death.

Work to earn a name not fame, work to preserve your name.

Fame without name will end in flames.
