Another definition of leadership is to be in charge.
A leader takes full charge by charging people.
But you cannot charge them unless you are constantly charging yourself.
So get charged with knowledge.
Knowledge is the major tool of leadership development.
When you lack knowledge you’ll lack followership.
In essence knowledge gets you charged to take charge.
Learning prepares us to take the lead.
We naturally live out what we know.
The quality of leadership you exhibit is a function of what you know.
If you know it you will naturally show it.
